Overview
Kushiage Ishihara is a restaurant located in Chuo-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture in Japan. To get there, you can walk uphill from Sannomiya Station, take a left at Ramen Tarou, and continue a short distance towards the mountainside. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with only counter seats, accommodating up to 12 people. At Kushiage Ishihara, the main dish is kushiage, which consists of various deep-fried skewers. Although they may look the same, each skewer offers a different and enjoyable experience. The tender kushiage is seasoned with a balanced blend of batter, dashi soy sauce, spicy mayonnaise, sauce, and salt. Fresh vegetables are also served as a palate cleanser.
