Observe professional wrestlers during approximately two hours of morning practice at an active sumo stable. Depending on the day, guests may also have an opportunity to take photographs and ask questions.
General Etiquette
- Entry by 8:00 AM is strictly required.
- No flash photography or social media posting.
- Remain quiet during practice.
- Sit on the floor during practice.
- Follow stable staff instructions.

- Elementary school age and older.
- Infants and toddlers are not permitted.
- Suitcase storage is available.
- Photography and questions may be available depending on the day's circumstances.
- Training may change or cancel at short notice.
