Your guide leads you into the first venue, where you order drinks and settle in. Over the course of the evening, you move through three separate bars, each with its own atmosphere and menu. At each stop, you order from what’s available — local sake, craft beer, shochu, or whatever the bar carries — alongside small bites that pair with your drinks.
