Mannheim is a major city in southwestern Germany, located at the confluence of the Rhine and Neckar rivers. Known for its grid-like street plan, the city offers a mix of modern architecture, cultural landmarks, and green spaces. Mannheim is home to several museums, including the Technoseum, as well as the beautiful Luisenpark, a large public park with gardens and lakes. It also boasts a rich musical history and is the birthplace of composer Carl Maria von Weber.
